| CHFH and Mount Dora Farms work with a
dedicated group of more than fifty farmers located throughout Honduras to
provide the highest quality raw pepper. CHFH provides most of these reliable
farmers with seedlings from our own greenhouses so we can better control and
influence the quality and timing of harvesting. CHFH's staff provides
comprehensive and integrated support as well as technical assistance to these
farmers. The result is a pepper that is consistently uniform in size and
texture and meets our highest quality standards. |
