Mount Dora Farms has consistently provided high-quality products for more than thirty-six (36) years. Established in 1986, Mount Dora Farms is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Seaboard Corporation, a diversified international agribusiness, and transportation company with a workforce exceeding 13,000 in four continents and is a Fortune 500 company. Seaboard Corporation is traded on the NYSE American index under the symbol SEB.

Mount Dora Farms works with a dedicated group of skilled farmers throughout Honduras to provide the highest quality of raw peppers. Mount Dora Farms provides seedlings to these reliable farmers for optimal quality control and to ensure timely harvest cycles. The result is jalapeño peppers, grown on a year-round basis, that are uniform in size and texture and meet our highest quality standards. After sorting, grading, cleaning, and testing, the peppers are processed into different products to match customer specific needs, including whole, sliced, diced, halves, strips, spreads, relish, mash, and puree products.

Mount Dora Farms provides each customer with a high level of attention, constant communication, expert knowledge, and the drive to provide service that is unsurpassed. For more than three decades, these characteristics have defined our quest for quality. We focus on each customer individually and strive to meet all of your needs.

Based in Houston, Texas, and Honduras, Mount Dora Farms specializes in the processing of jalapeño peppers, both green and red. We provide peppers “all year round” in halves, strips, sliced, mash, puree, spreads, and diced. Set in a vinegar preservative, we can ship our product throughout the world. We are the largest supplier of pepper halves to snack processors in the United States and Europe.

Mount Dora Farms dedicates its efforts to ensure our customers are receiving the freshest and safest products on the market. To do this, we work based on FDA and FSMA regulations, international standards, and legal requirements, along with exceptional agricultural practices to guarantee high quality and safe products to all consumers.
