Located in Comayagua, a fertile valley in central Honduras, Mount Dora Farms operates a state-of-the-art facility that recently underwent significant expansion to improve both efficiency and quality. The processing complex receives raw peppers from a dedicated group of farmers located throughout Honduras and Central America to provide, on a “year-round” basis, the highest quality raw pepper.
With an annual capacity of nearly twenty-five million processed pounds, Mount Dora Farms processing plant sorts, grades, cleans and tests our jalapeno peppers throughout the year. They are processed into a variety of products of different sizes ready for export. With on-site warehousing and container loading facilities, we are able to ship our tasty products throughout the world.
