Located in Comayagua, a fertile valley in central Honduras, Mount Dora Farms de Honduras operates a state-of-the-art facility that recently underwent significant expansion to improve both efficiency and quality. The processing complex receives raw peppers from a dedicated group of more than forty (40) farmers located throughout Honduras and Central America to provide, on a “year-round” basis, the highest quality raw pepper.
With an annual capacity of over twenty million processed pounds, MDFH’s processing plant sorts, grades, cleans and tests our jalapeno peppers throughout the year. They are processed into a variety of products of different sizes ready for export. With on-site warehousing and container loading facilities, we are able to ship our tasty products throughout the world.
